Q.  Why do you need them?

A.  Because you are considered a "STATELESS PERSON",

and here's the proof.

The Convention Relating to the Status of Stateless Persons of 1954 is a MUST READ document, as it states: 

"To overcome the profound vulnerability that affects people who are stateless and to help resolve the practical problems they face in their everyday lives, the Convention upholds the right to freedom of movement for stateless persons lawfully on the territory, and requires States to provide them with identity papers and travel documents". 

If you have identity papers, travel documents/plates from a foreign government entity and not from your own government, you are STATELESS and considered a "refugee"! 

The Convention further states in Article 2 under General Obligations that,

"Every stateless person has duties to the country in which he finds himself, which require in particular that he conform to its laws and regulations as well as to measures taken for the maintenance of public order."

Q.  How do I change my status?

A.  You must "proclaim your nationality in the government in which you live and the nations of the earth". In order to effectuate this change, we provide the required CIVICS Classes for you to learn how this is done. 

Upon completion, you become a Citizen/National of the United States of America Republic!

 You are now eligible to obtain the proper IDs; and will no longer be  "stateless".
