CONSTITUTIONAL OATH, PUBLIC SERVICE, AND ACCOUNTABILITY

All public officers, representatives, judges, ministers, trustees, and persons exercising public authority shall be accountable for the constitutional, statutory, treaty, and fiduciary obligations lawfully imposed upon their offices.

Public office is a position of public trust and service. No office shall be construed as conferring ownership of the People, superiority over their inherent rights, or authority to disregard protections established by applicable constitutions, laws, and treaties.

The United States of America Republic asserts its national governmental authority and invokes the obligations arising under the United States Constitution, Article VI, the Treaty of Peace and Friendship of 1786–1787 and 1836–1837, the U.S.A.R. Constitution, and other applicable legal instruments.

Public officers' constitutional duties shall be distinguished from obligations arising under particular security agreements. The U.S.A.R. shall preserve and assert its claimed contractual and property rights through the applicable procedures for establishing authority, responsibility, jurisdiction, and enforceable remedies.

The governing purpose of these provisions shall be protection of the People, preservation of their rights and property, fulfillment of lawful public duties, and the welfare of present and future generations.
