REPATRIATION

Repatriation, as defined under the United States of America Republic (U.S.A.R.) Constitution, is the process of restoring a person’s national identity, nationality, and connection to the constitutional and political community of the Republic. Under Ordained Amendment XIV, Section 1, the Constitution describes repatriation as a return to statehood, the constitutional fold of the National Government, and recognition as Moors, Moorish Americans, Moorish Nationals, and National Citizens. Section 3 establishes that repatriation and expatriation are voluntary and may not be forced by the State, while Section 4 states that a proclamation of nationality begins when nationality is declared and that no paperwork is required for that proclamation. Article VI and Amendment XX further address the Republic’s asserted authority to confer Moorish American nationality and establish procedures relating to national status.
